With a focus on acupuncture, herbs, electro-stem, cupping, moxibustion, and guasha, we aim to address a wide range of health concerns and support the well-being of the whole family.
About MAMA
Meghan Rogers L. OM
Meghan started acupuncture school in 2005 after a major car accident that lead to a spinal fusion and bowel resection. After one month in the hospital, where western medicine saved her life, the real healing began. She used acupuncture all along the way to help deal with back pain, headaches, digestive problems, menstrual problems, fatigue and frequently getting sick. Western medicine saved Meghan’s life and acupuncture helped Meghan feel healthy and more like herself again. Meghan specializes in treating women and children, she has studied under Valerie Hobbs for fertility and Soma Glick for treating children. In her spare time she plays with her 2 children Fiona and Iris, reads, runs, bikes, paints, works with clay, and knits while trying to date her husband Chad.

The #1 question we get about treating children is, “do you use needles?” The answer is a resounding NO. We use non-invasive tools, called sho-ni-shin. The techniques used are tapping and rubbing, massage, and heat therapy. Some common treatable symptoms in children are colic, frequent colds/flu, teething, rashes, night terrors, and bedwetting.

How many treatments until I feel better?
Most people have relief from symptoms within 10 treatments, with that being said it usually takes 4-6 treatments.
What symptoms do you treat?
We treat a wide range of symptoms from irregular periods and pain with the menstrual cycles, to nausea, vomiting, digestive problems, headaches, allergies, insomnia, anxiety, shoulder pain, hip pain, and so many more.
Does acupuncture hurt?
Most patients say they don’t feel anything, with that being said people do have a range in how sensitive they are with the needles. It can feel a warm, throbbing, slightly buzzing sensation at the site of the needle and should never be painful.
